Finishing work, such as paving and landscaping, is done once the ground has thawed and dried after winter. Sometimes spring arrives late, but we aim to complete all finishing tasks as soon as possible. Asphalt patching done during winter is only temporary. Once weather conditions allow and asphalt plants reopen, we complete the paving with permanent solutions. The city inspects the construction sites and sets the standards we follow

New surfaces will be completed when spring arrives. 

The markings on the ground are not digging lines, but warning signs indicating underground infrastructure. 

This is a temporary cold mix patch. Final paving will be done once all the excavation work in the area is finished, and weather conditions allow. 

The area between the hedge and the street is under city management and will be restored according to the city's guidelines. 

The grass seeds we use are designed to grow even in dry conditions. The mix contains 65% red fescue, 25% Kentucky bluegrass, and 10% perennial ryegrass. The seeds are treated with Yellow Jacket Biostimulator®, which includes plant hormones, biostimulants, and enzymes that promote rapid development of healthy, resilient turf. 

CableCrew always uses lawn soil for restoration, which is of higher quality than standard infrastructure soil. Infrastructure soil is coarser and typically used for lower-maintenance green areas, such as slopes and roadsides. 

The city has designated this area for storing construction machinery and soil materials. The area is fenced and maintained in an orderly manner. 

We dig for optical fibre in your area. After the fibre optic work, the restoration work will begin. Asphalt and grass areas will be restored after excavation work. The restoration may not proceed in order, but all excavated areas will be restored before the end of the project and before the final inspection. Depending on the project, the landscaping work is carried out either before or after the asphalt work.
